INGREDIENTS:
1kg dry cocoa beans
2 cups of water
PROCESS:
Peel your cocoa beans and ground it to powder.
Pour your water in a pot and heat till boiling
Pour the cocoa powder into the water and let it start cooking
You stir occasionally, this will take you like one hour
After one hour the cocoa would have sunk and the oil floating.
Bring it down let it cool and sieve the oil.
After some hour your cocoa butter would have set and ready.
