HOME REMEDY TO LOWER YOUR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

High blood pressure usually has no signs or symptoms, so the only way to know if you have high blood pressure is to have yours measured. However, a single high reading does not necessarily mean you have high blood pressure. Many things can affect your blood pressure through out the day, so your doctor will take a number of blood pressure reading to see that it doesn't stays high over time. Occasionally people with high blood pressure say they experience headache,  but it is best to visit your doctor to confirm if you are concern about symptoms.

Here is a home remedy to treat and lower a very high blood pressure:

Get 4 seeds of avocado pear, grate it or cut into pieces, Dry under the sun and grind into powder .
Add a teaspoon of this powder into your pap, oats, smoothie daily for 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks you can go back and Check again.
