High blood pressure usually has no signs or symptoms, so the only way to know if you have high blood pressure is to have yours measured. Get 4 seeds of avocado pear, grate it or cut into pieces, Dry under the sun and grind into powder .
Add a teaspoon of this powder into your pap, oats, smoothie daily for 2 weeks.
