INGREDIENTS:
1 cup powder milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup boiling water
2/3 cup granulated sugar
- Pour your powder milk, granulated sugar, melted butter and boiling water in a blender.
- Blend all ingredients together until they are smooth. Make sure you scrape all the side of the blender to get a smooth mixture.
- Condensed milk should have a syrupy texture, if your homemade condensed milk is too thick add one or two tbsp of boiling water to it and blend to give you the consistency you want.
- Now your sweetened condensed milk is ready. Get an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to 5 days. When in the fridge it will get thicker but when stirred and brought to room temperature it will loosen up.
