Peperomia Pelucida.: The English called it Pansit Pansitan, the Yorubas called it "EWE RINRIN". You can easily locate the leaf besides the base of a fence where it is not too dry or any other cool places.
The leaf is edible either raw as a salad or cook along with vegetables.
HOW TO USE IT:
1. Boil the leaf along with the stem for 10- 15 minutes without covering the pot, strain and drink a tea cup morning and night for the treatment of Arthritis, abdominal pain and Urinary tract infection!
2. Ground the leaf and stem into past, mix it with palm oil (red oil), apply it on whitlow and boils.
3. For burns, skin inflammation, pimples and abscesses. Boil the leaf along with the stem for one or two minutes, pound the leaf into past, apply it on the affected area.
NOTE: I CAN NOT CONFIRMED IF IT IS SAFE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN AND BREAST FEEDING MOTHERS TO EAT OR DRINK THE
JUICE.
