A Lotion bar is like a solid body butter with the same ingredients but without the jar . You are going to make it quiet solid put it in the fridge to set and you can use by rubbing it straight on your skin after a bath or shower.
A Lotion bar may look like soap , but it's actually a solid hydrating bar. When rubbed on the skin, the heat from your body starts to gradually melt the product, resulting in a moisturizing layer which helps to soften and soothe dry skin.
INGREDIENTS
2tbsp shea butter
2tbsp beeswax
2tbsp coconut oil
1tsp raw honey
5 drops of orange essential oil
Silicone mould
Melt the Shea butter, coconut oil and beeswax together in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
When it's melted turn off the heat and bring it down, add the essential oil and honey the mix together and pour it in your silicone mould, allow it to set or you can put it in the fridge to set. Remove from the mould once harden.
